Day by day itinerary

Day 1. Arrival to Athens

Upon your arrival you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Balance of the day at your leisure and overnight.

 

Day 2. Athens sightseeing

Breakfast and morning Athens sightseeing tour, including the visit of the Acropolis and panoramic tour of all the important places and monuments of the city: Panathenaic Stadium, ex Royal Palace, Zappion Hall, National Garden, Tomb of the Unknown soldier, Catholic Cathedral, Academy, University and National library. Balance of the day at leisure and overnight.


Day 3. Full day cruise to Aegina – Poros – Hydra

Early breakfast and morning pick up from your hotel and transfer to the port of Piraeus where we embark for a full day cruise to the picturesque islands of Aegina, Poros and Hydra. Lunch is included on board. Return to Athens late in the afternoon, transfer to your hotel and overnight.

 

Day 4. Delphi full day tour

Full day tour to Delphi, once believed as the center of the Earth. Visit the archeological site and museum of Delphi, the famous Temple of Apollo, the Castalia Spring. Lunch is included during the tour at local restaurant. After lunch return to Athens via the picturesque mountain village of Arachova built on the slopes of Parnassus Mountain, well known for its attractive hand–woven carpets and the local products of cheese and wine. Arrival in Athens late in the afternoon. Overnight at your hotel.

 

Day 5. Transfer to the Airport

Breakfast. According to the departure time of your flight, we will transfer you to the airport.

Day 1 Saturday: Athens arrival & settling down

Upon your arrival you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight.

Day 2 Sunday: Athens city sightseeing

Breakfast and morning Athens sightseeing tour, including the visit to the Acropolis and panoramic tour of all the important places and monuments of the city, (Panathenaic Stadium, ex Royal Palace, Zappion Hall, National Garden, Tomb of the Unknown soldier, Catholic Cathedral, Academy, University and National library). Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight.

Day 3 Monday: Cruising the Aegean – Mykonos

Morning transfer to the port of Piraeus to embark your cruise ship that will take you to Mykonos, the island of the international “Jet-Set”, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches and incredible night life.

The ship is departing from Piraeus port at 11:00 hrs and arrival in Mykonos at 18:00 hrs. Vessel will stay in Mykonos till 23:00 hrs. Lunch and dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4 Tuesday: Cruising the Aegean - Kusadasi, Patmos

First port of call is Kusadasi. You should not miss the opportunity to visit Ephessos, one of the most complete ancient cities ever excavated, where St. Paul was arrested and then banished. Arrival in Kussadasi 07:00 hrs and the vessel will stay in Kussadasi till 12:00 hrs.
In the afternoon arrival at the island of Patmos, where participating in the optional tours, you will have the opportunity to visit the Monastery and the Grotto of St. John, where he lived and wrote the Book of Revelation. Arrival in Patmos at 16:00 hrs and departure at 21:00 hrs.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5 Wednesday: Cruising the Aegean – Rhodes

This morning you will arrive early at the port of Rhodes, with its famous Acropolis of Lindos, on top of the mountain, also known as the island of cavaliero Cross of the Order of Saint John. Arrival Rhodes 07:00 hrs and departure at 18:00 hrs.
Participating in one of the optional tours, you can visit the medieval city and the famous Acropolis of Lindos.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight on board.

Day 6 Thursday: Cruising the Aegean - Heraklion (Crete), Santorini

First port of call is the Cretan port of Heraklion. Take the opportunity to participate in the optional tour to the Palace of Knossos, the centre of the Minoan civilization. Arrival in Crete at 07:00 hrs – departure at 11:30 hrs.
Navigation will continue to the most breathtaking island, Santorini, believed to be the lost continent of Atlantis. The town of Fira’s white washed houses, narrow streets and open air cafes, cling to a steep cliff accessible by cable car or donkey. Arrival in Santorini 16:3- hrs – Departure 21:00 hrs. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight on board.

Day 7 Friday: Back to Athens. Transfer to the airport

Return to Athens. Early breakfast on board and arrival to the port of Piraeus at about 07:00 hrs. After your breakfast disembarkation and transfer to the airport for your flight back home.

Classic circuit for three nights in the Peloponnese. Stop at the Corinth Canal. Drive on and visit the famous theater of Epidaurus known worldwide for its acoustics and the Museum of Asclepius, the father of medicine. Then proceed to the town of Nafplion, panoramic tour to see this picturesque city. Drive on to Mycenae and visit the Archaeological Site and the Tomb of Agamemnon. In the afternoon, we depart for Olympia through Central Peloponnese and the towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis. Overnight and dinner in Olympia, the cradle of the Olympic Games

Day 4 Tuesday: Olympia - Delphi

In the morning, visit the Archaeological Site with the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium and the Archaeological Museum. Then drive on through the plains of Eliad and Achaia until the magnificent bridge which is crossing the Corinthian bay from Rion to Antirion. Pass by the picturesque towns of Nafpactos (Lepanto) and Itea, arrival in Delphi (the center of the earth, as per the Greek mythology). Overnight and Dinner.

Day 5 Wednesday: Delphi – Meteora

In the morning we will visit the archaeological site and the Museum of Delphi.
Departure for Kalambaka, a small town situated at the foot of the astonishing gigantic rocks of Meteora. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6 Thursday: Meteora – Athens

In the morning visit of the 2 most important monasteries of Meteora “St Stephano” and “Megalo Meteoro”. It is important to visit at least 2 monasteries in order to have an idea of the monks’ life. Return to Athens in the afternoon and overnight.

Day 7 Friday: Athens – Airport

Breakfast and according to the departure time of your flight, we will transfer you to the airport.

Day 5 Sunday: Meteora – Athens

We visit Meteora, among striking scenery, perched on top of huge rocks which seem to be suspended in mid-air, stand ageless Monasteries, where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine Art. Return to Athens via Trikala , Lamia, Thermopylae where we will visit the monument of Leonida’s. Arrive in Athens in the late afternoon.

Day 6 Monday: Athens – Mykonos

Morning transfer to the port of Piraeus where you embark to the 5days/4nights cruise ship that will take you to Mykonos, the island of the international “Jet-Set”, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches and incredible night life. Lunch and dinner on board.

Day 7 Tuesday: Kusadasi – Patmos
